Of course, I lived in Queensland for 3 years and was forced to drink XXXX. It's amazing how quickly you can get used to drinking the local brew. After 3 years I could almost tolerate XXXX ;)
I still can't drink it, unless it's free. I do hold the record for the longest XXXX brewery tour, much to the displeasure of the others in the tour group. They just wanted to get to the free beer...

personally im not a huge beer fan, i prefer spirits and liquors but if i had to rate top 5 beers i would say:

1. Guinness
2. Blue Tongue (local brew)
3. Toohey's Extra Dry
4. Heineken
5. Corona

To get the thread back on track, those are the best pics I have seen of the 30th anniversary. I've been having trouble getting good ones of mine - it is such a great finish. hmmmmmmmm mahogany

Argh! I click on this thread and am assaulted by GAS-inducing pics of the highest caliber! Nice bass!!!

Then talk turns to great beer.

At least I've got the beer. :D For me, Samuel Smith Old Brewery Pale Ale, though locally, Mirror Pond is a nice drink, too.

I used to be in a band with a crazy-ass guitarist that we nicknamed the Roxton Root Wrangler.

ekb those are some beautiful pictures

Just a question about yours though, how are you finding your pickgaurd, as in is it showing any signs of uses (scratches or anything) I ask because to my dismay mine is already very scratched because of my heavy handed slap and pop technique. None of the scratches are deep, and can only be seen in certain light, but they're still there, so basically is yours showing any wear like that...

No scratches on my pickguard, but then again I play finger style and wouldn't know a pop or a slap if I fell over one :D
