Couldn't you start the bidding real low but still have a reserve price so you'd be guaranteed you get your price?

I could but that's where ebay cashes in if I did it that way it'd cost me £35 to sell it plus the final fees plus paypal..........

I'm holding out for a possible SilLUKEette that might come out next year.

Also, I didn't know they charged so much if you did that on ebay. I've bought things but never sold. Best of luck anyway on the sale.

thanks for your comments fellas, This is like going to church to confess my sins!

I've put my strat on too and it looks like I might have a deal on the 335 - Luke here I come!!!!

I still can't part with my les pauls, but there's logic, it snows here A LOT! - so the thicker bodies will take longer to burn!

if anybody wants to keep the fire going see below!!!

YYYEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHAAAAAAAWWWWWWWW

335 is gone - and lots of interested parties for the strat - I'm off to Glasgow 1st week in September, ready to throw down some readys at my dealer.....

Still thinking a luke, but really wanna get a sub 1 - is there still the same lead time for SUB1's ? - whatever I get - I'll need to pickup around december time from the dealer so I'm easy either way.......

advice welcome -

BP, I'm re-dressing my guitar balance issue, does that mean my smelly signature model might be back on the cards ?

Nice 1 mate. I know the guys in Guitar guitar and they are all decent chaps esp Big Bill. He is the one who knows about all of the high end guitars. I played the Luke in there and it was real nice. They also have 3-4 axis and a second hand 1. (as you can guess i go in there a lot when i am here!). Bill was telling me they had a silo special in too. Guitar guitar tend to be a bit more expensive so dont be affraid to try barter a little. They may budge, they may not.

All the best,

Jonny

Cheers

I used to work for Sound Control in another life - pre the partner split and the birth of Guitar Guitar... I was gutted to find out I missed out on the used Luke and gutted not to be debt free to order a Luke in DD!!

I'm hoping my trip this time will bear more fruit!
