It probably could have used more cream cheese, and I'm no Big Poppa when it comes to cooking, but here it is, my first attempt at The Fattie.

did you like it? Pretty tasty eh?

It was awesome! I somehow managed to eat half of it too. My stupid inferior propane grill refused to ignite so I lit the brown thing on the inside of a paper towel on fire and stuck it in the grill, but when it the grill lit up the paper thing wouldn't stop burning so now there's a half burnt paper towel cylinder in my pool:mad:

I might make some ABTs tomorrow. How do you cook those in fire?

You are going to have to get a smoker f you keep this up cook the abts indirect...that means you only light one side of your grill cook them on low until the bacon is crispy

After losing the Food Network for a week and counting...(My cable provider is in a battle with the Food Network provider), this thread is giving me that food/cooking part of my life that I have been missing:(.

BTW, that Kobe steak plate with the new potatoes looks amazing!!! What's for dinner tonight?

Thanks!:)

Thanks for your compliment about the Kobe, but I wasn´t the one who raised the cow:rolleyes:

Tonight is seafood and tomorrow is something like a balsamico/honey glaced sirloin (pig) with safran risotto.
Wanna come over?

BP how exactly did you lose some of your weight? I have to lose something like 15pds till april...seriously.

Man this IS the food channel and Oprah combined!!!

Let´s change the topic to girls and underwear - quickly.
