... some wierd guitar laying around the house, similar to a fender strat

then a guitar with an amp built in to it (this was the one I learned the top gun theme on)

then a hondo

then an ecko

then a washburn

then the list goes on and on...

the hondo was the bomb, till my brother put his foot through it when he got pissed at me

My First guitar was an Ibanez Roadstar II Steve Lukather model.....HA HA HA:D
They were made for a Very short time in the early 80's. It had an Incredible Neck on it. Hmmm just like Lukathers EBMM!!!! I'm not obsessed... really I 'm Not!!:) I found it Sitting in a Music Store in Hollywood in 1989. Still new... it was about 6 years old at that point. I got it very Cheap! It was stolen off my back by 3 guys in a van as I was walking home from a guitar lesson...:(

My First amp was a Carvin 1X12 which I ran A Boogie Studio Preamp Into.

Man that would of been cool to still have that guitar, looks nice.

I started with a cheap no name brand nylon acoustic, but soon after went up to a cheap ass strat copy, with 3 single coils, and very high action, and a jade 10 watt guitar amp.

I them moved up to a custom guitar, that l designed, it was/is a very nice guitar, sounded great, but it began to fall apart as it was overused, hehe, and a marshall vs 100 (crap amp), then my EBMM Luke, Peavey 5150, now l still use my Lukes and a Mesa amp.

Scott.

First guitar was a Peavey T-60 and a Peavey backstage something amp, purchased new when I was 14 or so. Played it for a few years, remember swapping the pickups for EMG 81-85 combo when they first came out. One HEAVY guitar if I recall.

I've been through maybe 25 or so since, from super-Strats to SG's and still own 6 or so USA made electrics, but my primary guitars have to be my EBMM Steve Morse and Hamer Duotone.
