Well based on BPs words in terms of forward thinking and something that has not been done before, would potentially lead me to think they have integrated the Game Changer into the guitar along with the preamp from the JP13 and some interesting aspects from the Armada as well...some crazy access to upper frets.

wheres my pick?

It sounds to me like the body shape is going to be a large change from the standard jp, and I just envisioned a strandberg type body, neck through design, JP trem, piezo, gamechanger, and JP13 preamp. That would be insane.

ok it does not have the game changer......yet. Luke played it today...thought it was wild..
We are not waiting for NAMM to introduce them...they are pretty much done just cosmetic tweaks and sending the final final to Dimarzio, JP for last minute tweaks

Now that's the news I was hoping for - the suspense is KILLING me!!!
Nothing like getting the low-down straight from the source, thank you very much for sharing the info BP - almost feels like the "good old days" again and it is very much appreciated.

Cheers

Sterling, who keeps the prototypes? I have always wanted to know that. Does John have a whole set of 'phases' of his sig models? Do they go into a vault at EBMM? Or are they scrapped in the end?

Awesome! Can't wait to see it! Better yet, it'll be great to see it on tour! Even better than that, it'll be great to have one! :)

Awesome! Thank goodness we don't have to wait until NAMM. Don't think I could've handled that!

Can't wait for the complete reveal! So exciting!

john ends up with most of them as we send them to new york and then he makes changes and we usually dont get them back we have a few but the ones he has are more advanced

Thanks for the tease! Any chance we could see some if the evolution, please? I know some people will say "I like this prototype better" but seeing the evolution of the design would be very interesting.
