hi guys - just got the JP50 in black from GC today and I was wondering.....should it come with a gig bag and, has anyone noticed like a line right where the headstock meets the neck - i thought at first it was a hairline crack but am wondering if it is where the shiny lacquer on the headstock ends and the smooth neck begins. Any help would be appreciated!

cheers!

Don't worry about the line, they are supposed to be like that.
The back of the neck supposed to be like the JP6 version, which is unfinished. On the JP50 it's a light coat, so that's why you see the line where the headstock in coated with a thicker coat.

cool - thanks for the info. I am really pleased with this guitar so far. Got it for a steal and also picked up a tonezone to stick in the bridge. I have some CTS 500k pots lying around - is it worth upgrading them? I already plan on upgrading the switch.

thanks!
