I've had GAS for my first EBMM for a long time now, and I was just recently able to score a great deal on a loaded Pearl Redburst JP6 on eBay. It felt pretty good when I got it, but it didn't feel the same as some of the other JPs I've played over the years, no matter what adjustments I made to the setup. I took it to a local luthier to have the frets crowned and leveled, and let me tell you, this thing now smokes everything I've ever owned. I have nothing but praise for my first EBMM, and as long as money isn't too tight for me in the future, it won't be my last!

Thanks everybody, I really couldn't be happier with the JP6...I'm really glad I was finally able to pull the trigger on one. It's nice to not feel limited by my instrument anymore. The only issue I have is putting it down after I pick it up
