Fitting a push pull pot in a Axis Super sport?

I have a lovely rose wood Axis Super sport. i fancy fitting a Push pull pot so when the switch is 1st and 5th position i can switch between humbucker and one of the single coils.

anyone know if it is possible?

does anyone know how to wire it up?

i was thinking of using a dimarzio push pull pot at 500k

thoughts anyone?

Yep, you can do it. 500k push-pull.

Couple of ways to wire it up, but it's fairly straight-forward if you're handy with a soldering iron.

I put one in my Luke, along with an EMG "Strat Presence Control". It's a fairly tight fit in the small wiring compartment, but it absolutely screams when the bucker is selected and the SPC is on. Thus.....

I have one on my EVH, although I had to add wires as it only had 2 and not 4
