I'd be especially keen to see a photo of a Bongo with a non pearloid or sparkle pickguard. Anyone got a pic of a nice color with a plain black or white pg? Or even a black bongo with a tort pg? I like the black and red finishes above, but can't stomach the pickguards. Heck, even the Bongo shape doesn't bug me any more

Well here is the original white pearloid p/g that came on it. Bad enough pic that maybe you can imagine it being plain white.
