Floyd arm removal help

Hey all. New with a new gen floyd. How in the hell do i remove the arm on my Axis.
It's making a horible sqeeling sound. i want to drop some oil in there...

Remove the back plate, and loosen the small black allen screw, that goe into the bottom of the arm . A small drop of wd-40 on it should stop the squeak !
