Notice how in both "before" pictures they were playing non-MM basses, but in the "after" shots... It's a miracle!

Seriously... I'm working on it too. I may not look like I need to lose weight, but the gut tells no lies. I've been working on keeping the calories down, and doing 20 minutes of exercise a day. Doesn't sound like much, but way better than 0 minutes a day and eating anything I want. Progress could be faster, but I notice it in the way the jeans fit, and in seeing my abs slowly realize they have a job to do.

Better now than never!

I let myself go when I moved to Australia last year. I looked at myself in the mirror at Christmas and thought I need to do something about this. I have always been a keen runner, but hadn't done much during my time in Oz. I started back with that, added in some weights work too, muscle metabolises continuously, so build some and you raise your BMR. I cut out snacking and even gave up alcohol for 3 months. I've dropped 12 kg and am very toned and I do 40-50 mins exercise 5-6 days a week. I have never been fitter in my life.

Yes, skinny arms and legs. However, I put a lot of weight on around my middle when I got out here. It was Summer, lots of barbecues and lots of beer and wine. I gained 10kg and looked like a skinny armed buddha. I have now lost that and toned up my arms and legs.

I said hi to Louise from you, she said to say hi back. We are flying to New York tonight for a vacation. I guess my good intentions are out of the window for a couple weeks now. ;)

I've been in the gym for the last 3 weeks 5 days solid, have lost about a kilo. Having said that I've lost nearly 4 inches of the belly

That's really impressive Ritchie well done

My guitarist friend used to be 220-230 and peaked at 260, then he decided enough was enough - he's got down to 170 now and looks so much better for it.
