Hi all,

just thrown down some money on a Rad Red Luke :D so need to sell one of my Axis'...

Amber Axis Hardtail with G&G case - £650 + shipping (although collection is preferred)

Only real cosmetic issue is a slight ding on front, about the size of a match head - not a dent, just chipped off laquer.

Plays great and sounds better than my floyded Axis IMO but I'm a trem junkie and my floyded Axis was also my first EBMM so it stays!

Email or PM me if interested.

Very nice guitar! I love the top... I didn't know that the hardtail axis did not come with locking tuners... my hardtail axis sport has them. Ah well you learn something everyday :)

Very nice and unusual top.

BTW what does G&G stand for? My Axis also came in one of these.

G&G stands for Germain & Guzman the two founders (http://www.ggqualitycase.com/)

They make the cases for the custom shop fenders & other high end guitars. A few years ago EBMM changed to SKB cases...not sure why as I prefer the classier look, the more compact size and the built in storage compartment of the G&G cases...

Thanks Steve

I prefer these cases too although I suspect the SKBs may actually do the job better for longer? My G&G does show the scars of being carted about for 8 years or so.

Fogman, the conversion rate isnt that bad even though EBMM are more expensive outside the US!!! Maybe your funky maths is why you havent jumped on an EBMM by now ;)

1309 canadian at todays rate...

Nice recessed neck plate... ;)

It's beautiful no doubt!
I'm pretty sure I can get a new one for that price here.
It's been a while since I've looked at the price of the Axis.
That's probably the colour I'd get though!
Good luck on the sale! :)

I'm off to the LGS on Friday - depending on what I snag there I may be interested....

Dave

That's cool Dave, give me a shout post show. BTW I've just started a job where a few days a week I'm in High Wycombe which I know is closer to your neck of the woods than Telford so if you are still interested after the LGS I could bring it down and we could meet up somewhere...

Sorry a bit late in catching up with this post.

Sounds good - a meet up with or without purchase would be cool.

Great to hang with a fellow EBMM er
