That was a very cool moment indeed. As Pete mentioned about Jimmy Page and the huge roar, it kinda got the goose bumps popping up. The Nigel Tufnel moment was cool with the action figure holding mini Mr. Horsepower! Frampton was well received by the crowd as well.

Nice post Kevin.To be honest I hardly ever think of the strings when on the forum for some reason and I do use EB strings. It has just been with all the hoopla lately over the 50th that I have been looking very closely at all the posters and adds and how many players through the decades use/used EB strings.I saw a statement that EBMM strings have been used to record more hits songs and albums than any other single musical related thing- mind boggling when you think of it.

That's tremendous! Not that I have any of the cachet of those endorsees ... but I've been loving EB strings ever since I started playing guitar :)
