It may sound stupid, but try changing the string(s), sometimes strange things get remedied by this simple action.
Otherwise call or email customer service - they'll help you.

I agree with those who said it is a nut issue. It needs to be shimmed. It is a simple thing to do, and if you call customer service(you should have done this first), they can hook you up with the shims we use at the factory.

I'll call customer service today and see what they have to say. You have all been very helpful and I appreciate it. Thanks.

Well this was on a Friday night when I finally got a chance to mess with it so it was too late to call Customer Service. As you might imagine, having to wait a whole weekend while my beautiful new guitar just sits there was just too much for me.

You know you guys missed the whole point of my posts...you see I knew it was too late to call customer service, so what I did was ease his suffering, by throwing him off, just enough to tie him over till Monday :D

Report...might interst some of you.
I got the shims from EB. Installed one and guess what?...Still buzzing! The string was obviously to high now to be fretting out. It turns out that the buzzing was coming from the floyd nut itself. You know how when you crank those things down they move clockwize a bit until they hit the front edge - somehow THAT is what was causing the buzzing sound. I had to hold the thing really tight so it wouldn't shift while I was cranking it down (not very easy to do) and then the buzzing stopped. Has anyone else ever seen anything like this before? I have another floyd bridge guitar and this has never happened.
