ok, here i go again with another question, i seem to be getting some fret buzzing from the 6 string low E, but only on the second fret if i play 1 or 3rd fret no buzzing just that 2nd fret on low E , ever other spot on the fret board plays fine?? could this be a bad string, or a maybe need to adjust the rod a bit, or do i need a setup, its only two weeks old, and maybe were it was new the kneck has adjusted it self to my hands.... or will switching to tens take care of this...

thanks..

oh i am using ernie balls 9 gauge...

thanks

well,.......
sounds like a high spot on that fret (however, usually the other strings display similar probs at that fret)
Did you try adjusting the saddle a touch?
You amy wish to try a new string (an inexpensive trouble shooting method :) , but this may likely not help)
The only real cure for a slightly high fret is a fret dress (done professionally of course)

The other possible problem is that the fret is lifting slightly on the low E side...

I'd contact customer service if it's under warranty and needs a dress or re-seating frets

Good luck

ok update, i check all along the fret board and i get buzzing at different spots on the kneck on different strings.. the higher strings you dont notice as much as on the lower strings, but it seems to be up and down the freetboard on different spots???

im guessing it might need a set up done.....

and i am hoping its not fret dressing.... the place i got it from was having a clearance sale... and no warranty..... and a local place around here wants like $150 plus $30 bucks a hr table time to get it fixed if thats what it is....

rather it be a set up needs to be done.. lol
