Hello,
I just finished refinishing my Stingray 5 body (natural blond tungoiled).Lookin` nice.
I was starting to clean up the neck and was inspecting the fretboard (rosewood) and to me it looks a little dry.I used to use the regular guitar polish on it when I would do the body, but aside from the dirt I can`t seem to remove from the back of the neck I thought it was adequate.
For all the years I`ve been playing, and all the basses I`ve owned I never really knew the "secret the pros use".
Everybody-please enlighten me on what you use,if anything.
Thanks,
John

Pure lemon oil or pure orange oil. No additives. Rub a little in using a soft cloth, let it sit for 20 minutes, and wipe off any residue.
