No gigs this weekend - looks like you were having fun though 
Was in the studio putting some basic demos down - very happy with the Stingray, I'll let you all know whn they are on my myspace page - I'd be interested in people's opinions.

Got it on Saturday. I'm lovin' it! I actually had an SR5 about a year ago that I gigged with for a few months. I decided to sell it & move back to the 4-bangers since I was more comfortable with them. Then I started GASsing for a 5-er again, and now I've got this one.
I spent quite a few weeks trying to adapt to the 5 string when I got that first one. But on this new one, the transition is much easier for me. I guess it's like riding a bike...once you learn, you never forget. I'm taking it to its first gig on Friday & I hope everything goes smoothly!

Good luck with the gig. I normally don't like white basses, but with the tort guard that one looks stunning.

Cool pictures. I saw that you are from Seattle...where did you guys play? I was thinking it kinda looked like El Corazon but theres no pole in the middle of the stage

No, it's not El Corazon. I know that pole on their stage very well...yup, ran into it many o'times.
We played with Temperedcast and The Outfit at a new place in Tacoma called Club 54 on S. Tacoma Way. It's kinda setup like Doc Maynards used to be, great sound system, and great sound guy.

No gig pics from my band's packed show the other weekend at the VINYL in ATLANTA but i do have video on my band's myspace page (link below)......too bad you can't see my bass...too many people!!! I love how my Stingray cuts in the mix though...photos soon to pop up, i hope from my friends with cameras
