FT/FS My Sterling for your SR 5

Well this will be the second time this bass has been traded for an SR5 due to my I need a 5 string for ______. Some of the songs this cover band im in wants to do would be alot easier on a fiver so here we go again . 94 sterling, transred, mop pickguard, has no major dings or scratches just the usual for a bass thats 12 years old and I cant get them to show up in pics. Had a factory refret about a year and a half ago and has a new mute kit courtesy of Gav. Included is the hardshell case that is in decent shape just one of the latches doesnt spring up when you unlatch it. Looking for a solid color SR5 in similiar shape. You can view pics here:

Edit: there is a small ding I found on the lower horn, however no matter what I do I cant get it to show up in a pic.

I see this on eBay all the time and it makes me cringe. Heck, I have seen them on stone driveways. I know the light outside is better but maybe a blanket or something to lay it on. Not mad at all bro, actually under normal circumstances I wouldnt have done that but I had to borrow a camera and didnt have but like 5 minutes to use it and I couldnt find my board that I usually take pictures on. I made sure to be VERY careful not to slide it or anything and made sure that after I took the pics that I didnt scratch it or anything. I even cleaned it again after I took it back inside.

Dunno yet, probably gonna just hold the money for a while and add a little more money to it at a time when I can and order a 2 pickup SR5. Been a LONG time since I bought a new bass. And Ive never ordered one the exact way I wanted it.

There's a lot to be said for ordering custom new. My L2k was a custom order and it will probably go to the grave with me!
