That's a really hot looking instrument. I'm not really a pink guy, but that is so eyecatching with the burst and matching headstock-- and the bound fretboard. The only thing I don't like-- and I've seen it on several one-off Lukes in the Vault... the uncovered pickups with white coils. They look decent with the pink, but I think a set of chrome covers would look so much better.

I like the name "Flamingo Burst". Yes. 100% nails it. This would look so great on several different models especially the St. Vincent.

Also, I'm not an Axis guy, but that double bound spalt/burl Axis in the Vault--with the gold headstock and body sides--looks so cool.

I wonder if sometimes these Vault one-offs are rejected prototypes for BFR runs.

Ted, I thought the exact same thing about the pickups.

Spec says 10” radius board, which is odd for a Luke.
It also says asymmetrical... Based on the shape where headstock transition to the back on the neck it doesn't look like a Luke neck, maybe it started as Axis neck? I don't know specs for that one.
This guitar would look nice in the Barbie movie :)
