Man, I'm having case envy. My limited edtion Rad Red Pet didn't come with a case like that.

Buttercream JP looks really nice! I'd sure like to see an Albert Lee though... anybody have one handy?

Ok, time for a stoooopid question, what part is that last pic of?

Pete,

Thanks for posting those pics.

I can't decide if I like Buttercream on the JP or not. It looks great on guitars with a pickguard.

WOW!!! That case!!! :) I want one.

Butter Cream is purty, but I think it would look better on a Silo with a pearl moto pickgaurd. It looks a tiny bit spacey on the JPM. Still, it's far from ugly.

Silo is how I'd do it!
With the white pearloid guard as you said!
Birdseye maple neck without matching head stock!
CLASSIC!!!

I believe the last picture is the back of the JP by the neck plate. The guitar looks good, but, I agree, better on a axe with a pick guard of some sort. Still looks good though.

The case, nice, very nice indeed.

I wish my 'Limited Edition' model came with a better case. Buttercreme has to be my least favorite color of all on the JPM. :)

Interesting react here on the color.

Keith,

I'm surprised, too. I do love the buttercream on a StingRay bass, and I bet it would be sweet on a Silhouette or a Morse (with a white pickguard). I just don't like it so much on the JP. I want to see more pictures of it before I can say whether or not I'd buy a JP in that color. I think a lot of the colors don't look so good on the JP due to the absence of a pickguard to provide contrast. But these are just my own idiosyncracies.

The case is friggin' awesome!
