Well, I'm not going to sign up on that forum to post this, but you might let that guy know that the natural EBs are ash and NOT maple. EB does not offer a maple option for basses, and to my knowledge the only production maple bass was the 20th anniversary stingray 10 years ago.

Ignore this frequently banned man. He is confusing reality again...there is a difference between a sr5 and a stingray and the amount of wood that gets covered when you place a pickguard on it. THere is also a difference between ash and maple. There is alsoo a difference between having to go all the way to england to post on a forum........

I'm a fairly long time member of Bassworld.co.uk and it really is a great and very active forum.
That Guy with the axe to grind started off three threads in an attempt to diss EB/MM. He was pretty much shot down in flames or ambushed in all his threads.

As for being toothless? Maybe a citizen of the US can justifyably say that about us Brits nowadays post the Empire

Interesting read.....funny how he is like the coyote and BP is like the roadrunner....Coyote looks to drop the Acme bomb on the roadrunner using a "tacky pickguard" to lure him on spot....roadrunner actually picks up the "tacky pickguard"......passes it off to be put on a bass....runs to the top of the hill where the coyote has that "WTF" look on his face.....and kicks the coyote dead in the a$$ and we watch the coyote fall with that "Got me again look"....coyote hits the ground (see the smoke ring) and then looks up....as the bomb is falling down on the coyote........

Tomboy I am kidding.... i have no problem with any forum check my posts. There we a few (crazy Kiwi for one that took some real shjots at me personally and I have made a joke of it since...he was the one that said I was just a cheap maketing trick) I will not assume that everyone gets my black and white sarcasm and as a newbie cut me a little slack....
Can you guys still say Merry Christmas over there? Its a little "dodgy" as you lads say over there...
p.s. most of us on intelligent forums are old.......
YOu have a poster over there that allegedly was the final straw in bringing the ampeg forum down...was banned here and threatened with felony prosecution. Banned from Harley's site....banned from the Pit more than once and vegas isnt giving odds on how long he will last with you guys......
