I'm so F'd :(

Wife beat me home to the UPS delivery.

I came clean with my addiction & thinks
she's planning an intervention tomorrow.

Move on over Rover . . .

More details! :)

ordered a LE Bongo last month but in the meantime
something came up on ebay I just had to have.
It's all Gavs fault :D

so anyway, this should be a short stay in the doghouse;
I make a great living & have no debt. My baby doesn't
understand why I'd rather spend $$$ on basses rather
than ceramic tile

It's 5am Sat & I'm up, brewing coffee & excited to soon
dismantle & set-up my new SR4; a trans-white '92 with
incredible birds-eye.

Later, I'll be @ the Home Depot buying some tile ;)

I feel your pain... I am redoing the bathroom thanks to my recent Bongo purchase (I hate sanding drywall). Once the wife noticed the shinny little Bongo hiding in a corner it was all over... I tried chocolate and flowers. Results: "Thank you... but you're still not off the hook." If I get time, maybe I'll snap a photo of the new Bongo in the new Bathroom... I better get back to work before the slavedriver notices me slacking off.

I'm one lucky SOB. My wife encourages my GAS and doesn't make me do home projects. Does the fact that I do the laundry, the grocery shopping, meal prep, and housecleaning mean I whipped or that I negotiated a good deal as far as GAS is concerned? BTW, I too have a Bongo on order. Seven weeks on Monday. So far, the wait has been tolerable. Now, get back to that tile!

I'm still young and UNmarried so I'm gett'n while the gettings good. I know some day I'll have to "come down to earth" and be "responsible." But for now, I'm living it up.
I think the Green Ray and Buttercream Fretless Bongo should put off G.A.S. for at least half the year...:D

i love hearing stories of people getting in trouble due to their GAS.

I live at home, long story - gotta help the 'rents out, and i get lots of crap from my mom when i get new gear ... sounds like most people get the same treatment from wives.

it sucks to know that even when im outta here someone is still gonna be around to be pissed at my whoring around ;)
