Hey guys - I know I haven't been around much, but when did the pickup covers come off the F-1? Also, was the neck always bound, or am I just remembering it wrong?

1. On the latest proto (which he is playing)

2. The neck was bound on this proto - but due to cost and labor expense - BP said it will not likely make into the production models, IIRC.

A little OT, but does anyone know the setlists for the G3 tours lately (the jam especially?)...I've seen 'em in the US twice (Petrucci then Malmsteen), I'm just curious if they've changed things up at all. You can PM me if you would like to avoid spoilers, thanks!

Joe's last song in his set is Always With Me, Always With You..... right at the end Steve Vai came out and ripped an awesome solo! after that John walked out and also had a dig at a solo - very sweet moment indeed!

The jam set included My Guitar Wants To Kill Your Mama, Voodoo Child, Keep On Rocking In The Free Word.
