No worries. It's easy to come off the wrong way when there is no face to face. It sounds great, and I'm really looking forward to experiencing it first hand as well Craig.

I'm sure you are correct and I will be blown away by it BP. My post wasn't intended to diminish it in any way. I'm an engineer, and I guess that has biased me toward succintness. Best of luck getting this to market soon so that we can get our mitts on it.

So that completely blew my mind for the day. So potentially jp could switch his giant rig with this masterful creation. Would this have anything to do with the 5way on the jpx lol thats just speculation. Although 5 amp settings at the flick of a switch would be just so cool.

I'm really interested in seeing this. A few years back I seem to remember a mention of a partnership that fell through with MusicMan and Line6 in doing something similar to the Variax guitars.

Having owned an Axe-fx for two years I'm looking forward to this new technology.

Reading between the lines of the BP's post there are two important clues about the Gamechanger:

* It is an active system (i.e. requires batteries)
* It has some sort of PC connection (probably USB, less likely BlueTooth or other wireless)

What I am wondering is this a pure switching system or there are more than that (analog or DSP). If the tone-shaping abilities are really that great I'd expect to have more that just a switcher.

I heard about it, read some threads on it and never gave it much thought.

After reading this thread... my curiosity has peaked, I can’t wait to try it!

I was excited before, now I'm stoked. I hope we don't have to wait too long.

The Game Changer sounds pretty amazing and it has to be the coolest product name.

Based on Craig's posts, he must be a great song writer - words just flow out. The list of artists that he has worked with is phenomenal. Although, I have never seen Earth Wind & Fire, Kenny Loggins, Michael McDonald, Jessica Simpson and The Idigo Girls mentioned together with Megadeth before.

I'll throw my two cents in on it and say that once you get your hands on it, you will not be putting your guitar down. It's mindblowing how efficiently the idea is executed and how it literally throws the barn doors of sonic creativity wide open.

My advice: Stock up on ready to eat meals and portable sanitation facilities because you're not going to want to stop playing.
