Even for 1$ i wouldn't buy it! What is this..... thing?

Chrome tuning pegs, non-painted headstock, we don't see ed's signature, not the genuine tremolo which seems to be black, a hole has been dug under it....... :(

It also has a non-original pickup selector switch, from what I can make out the neck is a very plain piece of maple with no figuring and the dot inlays look slightly too large.

Looks like a Korean copy done up to look like an EBMM to me.

It's amazing what people will try to pass off on people who don't know what to look for.

That's efin pathetic!
Everything about that is blantent bs.
Someone in canada go kick him in the balls!

This is why i agree with EB's policy not selling neck's on their own(yes...i know that isn't an eb neck).

I asked the seller this...

BUYER BEWARE!I bet musicman would love to know how you applied that logo decal to that POS guitar!

I think it's kinda funny almost everytime someone sells some obvious crap on ebay, the description is like "Uuuuh, I dunno anything about this stuff, just selling for a friend..." - in this case a widow.
Ah, alright, so the common starting bid for "stuff I don't know about" is 1k bucks - my ass! :D

Looks like the dude ended the auction early - "The seller ended this listing early because of an error in the listing."

No truss wheel either.....Looks like a strat neck cut to size on the stock end....prolly warmoth parts. I think they sell that floyd as locking equipment there.

Heres what l saw, most of these have been listed but.

1. The fret marker are too big, the music man one are just a small circle, these ones aren't.
2. Floating floyd rose.
3. Not original music man floyd rose.
4. Not a birds eye maple neck/head. If it is, it's the worst one l've seen.
5. No truss rod wheel.
6. Selector switch is not original music man switch.
7. Tuning pegs are chrome.
8. This guitar is not a music man, it probably isn't even an OLP.

This seller is a fool, he/she should of realized that we would of got onto them and closed them down.

Let this be a warning to anyone who tries to pass off a copy of a Music Man for an original. WE WILL HUNT YOU DOWN!!!!!! AND GET YOU!!!!!!!!! :D

Scott.

The body isn't the same either. The width at the horns is too narrow and the lower horn cut isn't round and wide enough. The thing that is most disturbing to me is that someone went to a fair amount of work to make this look like an EVH. Not a knock off which is what most others do.

Anybody representing this as a real EVH really doesn't know much about the guitars because you don't need to know much about an EVH to know this ain't one.

Aren't the strings on the headstock supposed to be parallel? What an idiot.
