GameChanger question

Greetings!

I was re-reading some older threads regarding the GameChanger and it seems there are two variants - one which is a switching system with manual control (shown at NAMM 2011) and another which also has the very nice MIDI/BT option. I was wondering if the GC will be sold in two trim-level or the MIDI/BT option will always be a part of the GC?
