I haven't checked my mail yet, but there's an SR5 at my local GC that I'd love to save... this news just makes it better... I still need to replace the bass I lost back in May. Hopefully my mother can help me out a bit like she's been saying she would...

This is going to work out well. I will be visiting the mother in law for Thanksgiving. We will be staying at a hotel not more than 1 mile away from one. My wife and daughter won't even care at 8 in the morning. I have been told no more basses. So...I think some slinkies are in my future.

Got the postcard, but don't have the money to buy anything. It's real tempting, though - 20% off anything, wow that can be a lot of savings. And I need a digital multitrack too. Hopefully I find a sack of cash on the street before the sale happens....

Today the GC platinum advert came in the mail. Inside had a pic and price for the BFR Stingray 5, serial #2. Damn it looks friggin awesome. If I paid off my entire GC card balance, I'd actually be able to buy it! Too bad that ain't happening soon.
