Definitely. I mean, some colours work better with burst such as ruby red and tobacco bursts, but this looks just beautiful. I really wonder how amethyst burst or even a ruby burst would look like in solid color quilt.

Wow, stunning top there...looks like heat waves coming from the bridge!! I actually prefer for the maple joint to be hidden under the burst finish - same with the cherry. But the see-through maple neck is very pretty.
