I went to the GC in South Austin after I got done with my meeting. I had time to kill before my flight so I went in and found a used Stingray in an uncommon finish. Played it for awhile, made a low ball offer, and to my surprise they came withiin 15 dollar and i rescued it. It needs a little love, but it sounds real purdy. And best of all I got it cheap enough where I will not be forced to sell anything right away.

I know , no pictures, doesn't exist and I will post it when I get home. Lets play a game untill I get back to Dallas and post pics...Guess the Color. I will give three hints, its not a trans finish, no sparkles and it is no longer offered. Winner gets a cookie!

ill say (metallic) metalflake green or brown.

thats all i got. other than maybe gunsmoke, or that metalflake gold color (not gold sparkle), just cant remeber the name.

My flight was delayed for about 2 hours, and by that time there was no way for me to stop at my apartment to take pics because I was suppose to go over to my parents for dinner. So, no pics, but I will keep you in suspense no longer. I think ebmuscmanlvr83 is the winner. Its sage green with a matching headstock and maple board. Its got a little sparkle to it, but I am not sure if that makes it metal flake or not. Will post pictures later. I can't remember if we can post used prices here, but I got a hell of a deal.

It needs a bit of a cleanup, but I pretty much stole it, so no big deal. I think I might look for a light colored pickgaurd, not completely sold on the black pearloid, but I like the color otherwise. Thanks for playing guys.
