No they did a special run for Guitar Center stores which had the regular (wax and no figuring) necks.

As a matter of fact, there was one at the Dayton GC...
Was? Do you know what happened to it?
I remember seeing a mint green Stingray there but I didn't play it. They had it up too high to reach.
