I think it's a decently informative little bit for beginners trying to figure out how to string their axe, but you're using the wrong strings... :p

OMG - I've been doing it wrong for 25 years!


Actually I like the locking tuners on my JP model - simple - put the string in the hole, tighten and cut it off. A better mousetrap so to speak.

Now if I could put those tuners on my Martin . . . ;)

Depending on your particular model of Martin, you should find that a suitable set of locking tuners is available from either Grover/Gotoh or Planet Waves.

....and BTW....WTG Ovrdrvn.com!!!
