i use regular slinky .10s on all of my guitars. the bigger size of the strings add more punch to the guitar. for me it works great. can´t imagine to go back to .09s anymore.

Now a question about the strings! It comes with Steve's custom Slinkys where the low E is 42 and the G is 16...do you guys just use regular Slinkys? I really like this set, but I guess I would have to buy 9s and 10s and combine them?

I tried the Morse gauge but I prefer the regular 10-46 gauge. It's much easier to buy directly a set than buy the strings one by one (if you buy a set of 9 and a set of 10, you buy a lot of strings you will never use. Nice for BP but not for your wallet ).

OK I got a few more for you guys hehe. I love both of these guitars, and they complement each other so well!!! I really am lucky with this Y2D...the 20th Silo was an upgrade quilt top when I ordered it
I cant believe nobody grabbed this Y2D from Pete before I did...I thought it was gonna be gone the first day it appeared on his site...it was meant for me all along I guess
