THe Sterling 5 will have the same electronics in single h as the stringray 5 but will have a smaller offset body and a trimmer neck

A 5 string with a neck even TRIMMER than an SR5?!? I suppose you also plan to release some new-fangled super-thin bass strings to go on this scrawny neck? Time to put my fingers on a diet!

as my back is not even able to carry a bongo 5, i'm very confortable with the 6 announced knowing i have no chance to even lift it up... but about BFR, I missed what was guessed on the guitar forum and will have to wait.

What do you say BP? I am looking forward to #10 from J.D. at Corner in Nashville! I body bound 5 would make my day! :D

P.S. I know where one of Dave's old 4 strings is and I am patiently waiting!

I didn't ask people to guess! Biff invited them to guess about the 07 LE finish, so I guess that opened the gates......
Alright, I'm guessing/hoping that the 2007 LE will have a Pearl finish. What color I have no idea (but probably not green ;) ). A totally new color maybe?

FWIW, I did some checking and saw that the 2006 LE color was announced on 12/05/05. So, do we get/have to guess for two months? :D

P.S. I've started to sock-away some $$ for a 2007 MM Bass, but I don't know if it's going to be a 6-string Bongo, a LE, or maybe a 6-string Bongo LE  :D ...

Hmm, Sterling 5, HH, maple board, coil tap. Sparkle purple finish. Now that'd be cool.
