I searched a bit looking for some general info on this and found nothing so far. This is my first post so pardon me if something's out of protocol.

The past two years I've spent a lot of time at the EBMM booth at NAMM playing lots of their basses and after my experience with this in 2011 I decided that I absolutely had to have a Stingray 5 HH. Which I then bought used from the Talkbass forums. I've been very pleased with it but have left the action and intonation unchanged from how it was sent to me from it's previous owner. But this year at NAMM it was very interesting to play a whole lot of different instruments which had been set up differently so I asked a rep about the possibility of dropping by the factory to get a custom setup done. He said it was possible but that I should definitely call ahead to make an appointment. I had thought that I had gotten his card and contact information but in searching through my collection of NAMM stuff I've not been able to find it.

So my real question is how do I most effectlively set up this appointment. I will be in the San Luis Obispo area starting next Monday through about Thursday so I'm hoping this will be enough forewarning to set up something if I can contact someone about it this week.

Any help/advice with this will be greatly appreciated.

Call Customer Service. 866-823-2255 - outside of certain artists, I've never known them to do this, but hey, it can't hurt to ask.

Yeah, I wish I could locate the guys card! As I recall I think he did say it was not standard practice to do this but that if I gave them fair warning of my presence in the area they might be able to swing it. Thanks for the info!
