I had one of these Roadrunner Cruizer bags and I'm sorry to report that it is a major disappointment. Many low end gig bags want to wow you with pockets and compartments but the bottom line for a gig bag is protection for a nice bass. The Cruizer has decent padding but no neck nor endpin support. The detachable backpack is useless. The way it is zipped to the gig bag is flimsy so if you load the backpack up the attaching zipper will split. Eventually the bag won't attach to the zipper anymore.

I went ahead and sprung for Incase soft case/gig bags for my precious MMs. @ about $200 each they are not cheap but considering for example, that there is only one Dargie Bongo 4HP out there and it is mine, then $200 seems a fair price to pay. There are also other superior soft/case gig bags in the market for less money than the Incase like the Pro-Tec Contego, the Mono M80 and the Sadowsky Porta Bag. Of course Reunion Blues and Cronkhite are there for the well heeled as well.

The dimensions of the Bongo 5 and the Incase bag are both listed on their respective websites IIRC.

You'll like the Incase gig bag.
