Hi Guys,

Seeing as though I haven't posted pics of my lovely sterling as yet... thought I might as well post some pics of her in action. These shots are from a gig I played last night at the phoenix bar in Canberra, Australia with my blues band A Necessary Evil..

Thanks for the help Mobay!!

Cheers

Chris

Looking good Chris, great to see a youngster interested in blues!

A minor suggestion - you might consider looping your instrument lead through the gap between your strap and the bass, so that if you step on your lead you won't accidentally unplug yourself.

Haha thanks Mark.... Im always stepping on my leads, pulling them out.... mostly because I get so gig antsy and forget to prepare properly.... eg forget to loop my lead... stupid things!!

You are not the only one!

A couple of weeks back, I could not understand why I was getting zero sound from my Ray>POD>GK Amp when we started the sound check.

It took me a couple of minutes to realise that I had forgotten to connect the amp and cab with a jack cable. Doh!:D

Last Saturday night, I had everything hooked up and ready to go for sound check. Or so I thought! The one thing I forgot was to hook the power cord up that goes from my power conditioner to my power amp. DOH! Fortunately, my cable bag wasn't too hard to get to by that point.

Keep it up Chris. Looking good!

And how does that fan sound with your Sterling ?

MNF

Actually it was quite disconcerting just knowing that if I fell over backwards I would have a heavy duty fan come crashing down on me.... but to answer the question my 'little' amp drowned it out anyway.. so was all good...
