ya were super excited too. here's how we got the gig:

my friend plays bass for Switchblad Riot (you can check em out at: http://www.fuzz.com/artist/switchbladeriot ). So their friends, Societies Parasite are relasing their first CD on Hell Cat and its their CD release show. So, our friends in switchblade riot hooked us up and got us the opening slot.

the lineup is:

The Heart Attacks (Hell Cat records)
Societys Parasite (Hell Cat records)
The Lucky Stiffs

yup - thats an avatar 2x12. honestly i didnt like it for a while cuz we practice in a small crappy room. but at the gig it sounded great

Cool, Thanks. I have a Stingray that I'm using w/ a LMKII head and am seriously thinking about that cabinet. I was going to go with a Genz or GK 212 but funds are low because I spied a lefty DD Bongo 4 that I'm dying to purchase.

thanks hun. ya the 2 band thing does keep me busy. a 3rd one may be brewing soon - and hopefully that happens and hopefully ill be playing guitar in that band. so far ive been talking to a couple buddies that are in bands that tour the world etc - so it would be me and a few "veteran" rocker.
