After a few weeks of research and deliberation, I placed an order on a SLO HH maple neck 4 stringer today...Really looking forward to it's arrival. It's really cool to have such an enormous "support group" for ebmm. I'll post pics when it arrives...
I've only been playing for about a year but have had 6 basses...Given the replies and posts, music man should probably be the family of equipment that I stay with...

The SLO StingRay has the same neck profile as the Sterling, a bit narrower than the normal StingRay neck.
