Good morning peeps! I guess my day started off ok, got up and changed the strings on my stingray. Now I just have to pack my clothes, and get the rest of my gear ready to take a road trip. Weather sucks though. Have a good one guys!

Today's been a good day Got off to a bad start after being stranded at the airport overnight on account of snow and not getting to a friends house until 3am... finally got home at lunchtime after 4 hours sleep and am now in the warm. It's seriously cold here - but I'll keep telling myself just 3 days till I'm off till Jan

I spent a summer in the Phoenix area a few years ago - General Dynamics facility in Scottsdale. That was the summer I discovered the refreshing power of the vodka tonic. I'd never been anywhere where it was still 100 degrees or more at 10PM - it was surreal. I thought it was hot when I first got there, in the early part of the summer ... but apparently 110 is just "warm" to you locals - hot being 115 or higher. Beautiful area, though. And what is it they say - "at least it's a DRY heat".
