Hi people

I don't tend to venture over to the weird & wonderful bass side ;)
but I have a special request....

Azzy has had a really rough few weeks because of various issues at work...she is starting a new job in two weeks & apart from the normal nerves that brings...there have been loads of screwups by a particular dimwit from the agency dealing with the new role!

At one point....those screwups meant that she would have to stay put which she didn't want!

I know it probably doesn't sound all that bad but she has been really stressed out by it all ......she has been coming home really tired & fed up by it all :(

Although thankfully I have helped....I know it would mean a great deal to her just to have a few words of encouragement as I know she is worried about her new role...you guys are like family & there is nothing like your family telling you how great you are :)

Thanks a bunch guys

So to start off....

You are a star Azzy and you will be brilliant at your new job!!! :D

(p.s...hope the new pink iPod helps you with your journey to work)

Tired? Depressed? Job got you down? Here is what I suggest to take your mind off your worries....

Draw a hot bath.......

Light Some candles

Grab a b unch of grapes

get out massage oil

When Trevor gets home make sure you have a nice meal ready and the house tidy (you know cleaning is very theraputic)

Make sure that Trevors feet aren't too sore for the hot bath...so for good measure use that massage oil to give him a nice footrub. Make sure you only ask about his day and what he wants to do on the weekend....(remember yours is less important!)

Gently submerge Trevor in bath and in between his football stories try to make sure he gets hand fed enough grapes.

Oh and LEAVE THE TOILET SEAT UP! (its easier to clean that way)

Let me know how it goes.

OK AZZY JUST A LITTLE HUMOR! Im pulling for you and I have put a double secret curse on the plonker that is messing with you!

You just can't leave some people at home by themselves can you? :)

Thank you guys for being so wonderful - it has been a rough few weeks and my current job seem determined to make things as hard as possible - they've deliberately not paid me today. The only person in a company of hundreds. Grrr.

But I did have a nice visit to the Bass Cellar yesterday - only had time to look not touch though, and it reminds that I need to practice more.

Once Trev has cooked my dinner, run me a bath and rubbed my feet, I'll curl up on the sofa with Bobby and do some practise :)

Thank you guys. You are great :)

Don't let the bar-stewards get you down!!

Focus on the positive things ahead, like the UK Knucklehead bash and the forthcoming music-fest that is Eurovision :D

I hope that everything works out for you.

If it helps, I once knew a guy who threw his computer out of the window of a 3rd floor office block on his last day........

Just saying...

Piece of cake!
If everything always ran smooth, how boring of a life would that be!?
Azzy, you can get through this with flying colours! You'll be stronger for it. One way or another.
I think if you can jump out of a plane, than this is really nothing. ;)

AZZY! I wish you all the best! Don't worry, these things sometimes happen with emasculated men threatened and awed by your womanly powers.

I leave you now with this "monkey on a leash" picture, as it does represent a man's place in this day and age.

Even more satisfaction throwing the trouble-making bastard(s) out that same window.

:D (not advised, of course)

Best of luck to you, Azzy...hang in there!

Haha Jimmy can you imagine the carnage and gigantic pile up I'd cause in my part of Central London if I did that? My office is situated on a VERY busy road near all the important shopping places :D

Beth - you've been on fine form with the pics today - that one's classic :)

Thank you for the kind words everyone - brought a much needed smile to my face. Shamus mate, if I could throw people out of the window, trust me there'd be a MASSIVE queue.

Thanks of course to Trev (who is 27 today!) - he takes a great deal of care of me despite the nightmare I can be. He's taking extra special care of me today because I bought him a new amp yesterday (and carried it across London to the train station - amazing how heavy a little amp can become over distance!)

Once I start my new job I look forward to helping Poppa towards a new shirt or pair of flip-flops :D
