Looks like a lot of the classic colors were discontinued. Glad I got my Classic White Al HH. I still wish it was offered in Pearl White though. BP can clobber me now. LOL!

Also the standard AL shows only the new colors. Is that the case for the SSS/MM90 guitar as well or was it a mistake when updating the HH colors?

While I have not looked it is fairly standard to discontinue colors that are not selling well , especially as new ones come out.

I remember a thread on the bass side where BP stated that some colors would soon be gone. I want Rad Red:p OK clobber me now:eek:

I don’t think I was ever going to buy one, but I’ll miss the Classic White & Tobacco Burst.

The others... meh

I guess the idea is to rotate colours yearly to give each new offering more appeal. Maybe we will see some old colours return if there is enough demand, though I doubt it will be soon because many sellers still have them in stock.

Of course all this excludes the omnipresent black...

I love the idea of discontinued colors, this gives more value to our beloved instruments. I have missed a couple of fantastic colors but what can we do? we can't have them all right? :)

The new El Dorado Gold looks good, but the Sky Blue isn't there. That's interesting, I think that an AL HH in Sky Blue might look pretty good.

Say it aint so! I just posted thr same question three days ago as Mint Green and Coral Red were gone then the next day they were back so I thought everything was good, now my bubble has just been burst. Seriously I do not know how the colors could not of sold as the AL HH had to be the guitar of the year. I do love the Lake Tahoe Blue and the Gold but now I have to hunt down the other two. I am really starting to hate the color black, if anything should of went it was that.

Interesting, the different models have different colors. The El Dorado Gold isn't available on a Silo Special for instance.

I bet they sold more black than any other color.
