we will come out with some versions yes versions of all of our stuff in BFR...I just cant give you a timeline

Oh that just makes me feel good all over more than any where else. Till then I should be OK.

I know what I would like in a SiLO BFR but I just have to let yall build guitars. Having said that:

Ash, Tone block(maybe), All Natural. Sexy in its' simplicity.

yeah yeah norm, they won't put a toneblock on an ash guitar because mahogany likes dark mids, maple tops like bright mids but ash just likes treble and bass. killer wood but i can't seem to imagine why you'd put a tone block on that.

having said that: ash or alder body with bubinga or maple tops respectively (bubinga.... yeah....). absolutely hsh config.

but i'm just spouting smoke. whatever comes, i'm sure it's gonna rock.

edit: jup, getting the 20th, assuming the sound and feel don't present a deal breaker during testing. i just get the jitters not knowing what kind of a deal he's gonna offer for de JP6!!!

Nice to know... :) :D he he...

Has anyone realized that BP posts an average of 275.25 times a month? LOL That's 9 posts a day folks... No wonder EB players know so much about their instruments. lol

Dude, I have both the 20th and a JP6 fully loaded. Honestly, I won't let go of my JP6 mainly because it's so comfortable. But the neck is too thin for me. The 20th feels best on the neck, but doesn't have the forearm scoop of the JP6.

I'll keep the JP6 as a back up with the 20th as a main. That's why I hunted for 2 20ths... heh...:D

dunno about that BFR Y2D tho, Y2D was the revamp already.
I could've sworn Steve Morse was trying a Y2D out that featured a tone block at the desert bash. Beej and I stood with our jaws on the ground while we watched BP, Dudley and Steve test it...

i remember that. I know Dudley was checking to see if it had a tone block or not but i didnt stay put long enough to find out.

FWIW during those few minutes, while listening Steve go back n forth between that y2d and the standard morse, i thought "hmmm, i want a y2d".

i should get one of those soon :)

Yeah, that was wild. The three of them pouring over Steve's guitar discussing tone and how to identify the tone block (Steve had the proto somewhere at home). Jesus that guy can play!

Arin- you should totally get one buddy :)
