First off, welcome to the board.

Second, welcome to the addiction, as one of our great members has spoken wisely.

Third, we don't use the F word around here. ;)

Fourth, Jon, the EBMM repair tech that is the reisdent God on the board will get you the info on Monday, so hang tight, and he'll square you up then. :)

Otherwise, have fun on the board! :)

Thanks,

I have been sufing aroumd this forum, and am sure i am going to enjoy myself.
The EBMM is in my possesion for just one day now, and i am addicted already.
The Fender strats are complaining, but they will have to live with the fact that "a stranger arrived" here to stay.

This is my first EBMM, but sure it won't be the last........ :p

Lejon:

F*nder = the F word that I spoke of earlier (and yes, we don't use that OTHER F word here, either!)

You did it again...don't make me have to ban you. :p

I see, well having to pay a nickel is a bit difficult, since we got the Euro over here.
Coins are difficult to get.
I will be paying in Euro, only the Euro is more worth that the good old $.
Got only one "Euro-nickel" left after buying my AWESOME EBMM Axis Sport, so i pay in advance.

You save up the change, so i will have one for free once in a while.

Here it is then:
I feel: welcome to the addiction ....... :p

How do you guys like my AXIS? Better pics will be up soon..........

Hi Glenn,
No, i bought it from a guitarbroker, here in the Netherlands.
I had too much guitars and wanted to trade in a few, and get ONE great axe instead, as a good addition to my gear.
I cleaned out the closed, traded three!! axes and am amp for this beauty.
I have to say, i am addicted indeed, this is more than an addition, this one rulezzz.
I have rather small hands and the axis is a dream.......
I am considering to lay off one or two F***ers :p and go for more "Balls" too.

And, ...... I truly believe it was a bargain ......

Am enjoying myself BIGTIME.....

Lejon, if you are a F***er lover than check out either the Albert Lee's or the Silhouette Specials. I have a Silhouette special and I was always a F***er lover, but once I got my Silhouette Special it was all over the F***ers!! I've been thinking about getting an Albert Lee, but my wife says I've gotta get rid of one of the EBMM's that I have, or I have to wait another 10 years because oh a very stupid statement that I made saying I won't get another guitar for 10 years!! DDDDDDUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMBBBBBBBBBBBB

I have small hands too and the EBMM necks are just right for me.

I concur with Glenn...try the Silo and/or the AL...even the most average one off the shelf will be consistently superior in tone and feel than 99% of anything that comes off the Fender line (hey, I'll call a spade a spade and name names! ) - and I even own a "good" strat that's rumored to be from the earliest days of their Custom Shop.

Make a special effort to try the AL if you ever get a chance, particularly the ones with MM90s and a trem....an amazingly lightweight, ultra-playable, and tonally flexible single coil instrument! :)
