Let me tell you why I LOVE the JPX>>>>>

We would never have been allowed to make this by the guitar police...the general public....but the beauty of providing artists guitars that are in their head we get to opportunity to make a very high performance guitars that are a little different that our dna...the big frets and ebony fretboard and total access is a winned winner chicken dinner. For those who complained that we didnt have a metal guitar we do now and you better be able to play because this baby goes where you point it!

BP you have NO idea how mad I am you didnt make this left handed, its basically a hybrid of my two idols guitars(Buckthead uses a wide body chambered les Paul that basically is the specs of this guitar with the exception of his being a baritone scale tuned to standard) but us dullards cant be choosers so I still love you for offering what you do to us, but I have gone to bed dreaming of this guitar and now that it is here and even sweeter then I imagined; im near suicidalmake the reflex left handed!!!

The purple looks a bit more sparkly than my purple Luke i bought back in 2002. my first music man! It was love at first sight back then as it seemed perfect for a diehard Laker fan.

i might have to get back in buying mode too...depending on Luke offerings. been since 2007 since i've been active. Actually gave away a strat and an axis ss last year to a friend in need...

I'll have to check one out when they arrive @ Dubaldo's. :D

Pete, that Koa JP is awesome! Is that the standard finish for those now? Do you know if they're the same price as they were before?

The JPX is very nice. IMO, it is definitely the best JP model to date - including BFRs. You JP players are gonna love it, trust me!

I stood in line to meet John and John from Dream Theater. Petrucci genuinely seems like a real nice, friendly guy. I told him I liked the JPX (I also said I REALLY liked the new Albert Lees.) ;) He really likes the JPX though, and he told me I need to add one to my collection. Probably I should, but the HH AL is standing in it's way. :)

I love how the guitar seems to fade from black to sparkly purple. There's only one problem: I have to wait 6 months to be able to afford it and that's just painful. :D
