so im browsing the net and tempting the hell out of myself with all the great MM instruments out there. my dad's next to me on the couch playing my Luke and i keep flashing pics of sr5 20ths and HS Sr4s at him and he keeps pointing at my wall o basses and smiling at me

my birthday's coming up soon and i always get myself something cool; i figure if i dont, nobody else is, right? i probably cant afford it this year cuz i joined a new startup and got a nice salary cut till we score some cash from some investors

the jist really is that MM makes a lot of great stuff and i cant seem to get enough. thanks for the kick ass stuff guys!

True that. Bongo 6's confirmed, new baritone guitar in the works as well. Can't wait to see the Sterling 5 and the next BFRs and the LEs etc etc etc As if what's offered now isn't enough... MAJOR GAS coming up.

exactly. im obviously gonna get a sterling 5 and BFR sterling

its pretty rad. keeps me excited - keeps me playing and practicing. + meeting all sorts of great players here further motivated me to practice and play more. its great.

MM's done more for me than put a bass in my hands. its been awesome

Well, a Bongo6 in the 2008 LE is a no brainer. Still, I'm just as excited about eventually getting a Bongo5 Hp and a fretless Bongo5 HSp. Ah, the tonal possibilities!

Oh, and an extension cab for my Markbass. Gonna need some extra income ......

See my sig. I've got a Bongo 5HS coming soon too. I was thinking the other day that perhaps I have too many basses. I'm not sure I'm doing them justice, not enough time to play them all as much as they deserve. I probably won't buy anymore basses now.
