Thanks G for posting the GraPHearL SiLO pics. That guitar became my main performance guitar once I figured out that I really needed to not risk the Blue Dawn that's just like it. (Piezo and EMGs and all)

I wish I could find the black metal knobs with moonstone tops. That would be the perfect finishing touch.

NorM, man anytime. Hey man check you work email, ;) there might be something that you can use.

Norm, any particular reason you put the EMG's in backwards on your graph pearl silo? That's about the only thing I never tried when I had EMG's. Any sonic benefit?

That's exactly what I was thinking as well.
I'm sure you have a reason for this, so what is it?

This question always comes up.
The bridge pup is an EMG 89. It is a split coil with single coil or humbucker capability. The active coil in single coil mode is under the logo. I wanted it away from the bridge. The other EMGs don't matter about their orientation so I just lined them up.

Thanks for asking and for letting me share.

Hey Norm what EMG'S are you using on the neck and the middle position? About to receive a Silo soon and was thinking of making a PUP switch...Thanks

The neck pup is an EMG 85 the middle is an SA. The EMG 89 in the bridge is suppose to be an 85 in humbucker mode and an SA in Single coil mode. (And honestly I can't taste a difference)
On another Silo I have the 89 in the neck and an 85 in the bridge.
BTW the 85s and the SAs are the same pups that Luke has on his guitars. (He's a good man)
