I want to publicly acknowledge the stellar treatment I got from Dan in customer service.

I had a bridge repair and setup done on my Bongo 5HHp. Dan kept me informed throughout the process via email and phone calls. I felt once the bass got there it was good hands (UPS makes me nervous sometimes). The bass came back today as he thought it would, and it is as good as new.

BP, give the guy a raise will ya? :) (or at least a deep discount on a five string since he seems to like those)

P.S. I will take the blame for the bridge issue, so please don't think there is an inherent flaw in the instruments.

That's what makes EBMM so great, not only stellar instruments and products, but also excellent customer service!

You know IM happy that Dan took the time to phone you and email you numerous times...

Did you guys know that Forumites account for 40% of all incoming calls? Guys like Dan and AJ and Azaih deserve medals going above and beyond the call of duty as they have a full work load already.

I would repectfully please all of you knucleheads please be considerate that those people are swamped.....
