Thanks, Glenn! I'm lucky, I realize. I'm only telling my forum family about this stuff. I don't want to be consuming too conspicuously in the eyes of people who won't get this stuff. I think you guys understand the pull of these guitars better than other people would.

Thanks. The sound is great, but yeah. It's a pretty sucky top. It's too bad. The rosewood one apparently sucks so much that Pete thinks it's one of the worst he's seen.

hmmm... somehow I don't think you'll be able to pass it up when the time comes.
Seriously folks, that guitar is very rockin'! As Rob said, I'm not usually one for maple boards but his guitar and the trem equipped one I was using just felt so right. The primary reason why I didn't buy the trem one was because I just loved the hard tail, which Rob of course, scored. I can't wait for trem/rw/flame to get here. When the 25th morphs into the Reflex (I've got a name picked out already) I'll get a hard tail... be forewarned Pete
