Ordered a new pick guard for my Stingray 5 bass from Strings and Things in the UK, they sent the wrong one so I contacted them and they went out their way to help me, I ordered a black pick guard as I didn't have the moneys to pay the £59.99 for a pearl effect one (exceptionally expensive in my opinion for a piece of plastic) and the black one was only £20, anyways they asked me to send some pics of my bass as there are a few different types and they then rang me very quickly and said that I could wait for one to be ordered in black from America or they had a black pearl one which sells for the more expensive price, and to my amazement said if I send the one I received back to them, they would just exchange it for the pearl one with no extra cash needed because of the hassle. Nice one!
Excellent customer service and cant recommend them enough, I should mention Strings and Things seem to be the UK supplier for the Ernie Ball web site in the UK, this is where I placed the order.
