So, I've decided I am going to get the new green option when they announce it. Most likely a Single H Stingray, Maple Neck and White PG. I just hope they are the normal price and no a LE price. I am only a 17 year old that brings the grocery carts in from outside :(

Doug, there apparently are some special things planned for this, not just a sprayer full of green paint. So I'm only guessing at this, given what little information I have, but there almost has to be some kind of upcharge for it.

I'm not a teenager and I don't retrieve the shopping carts, but I don't have extra money for basses right now....so I'm almost certainly going to sell something in order to get one of these. So I feel your pain.

Don't know who your preferred dealer is, but I'm sure the dealers on the forum will make this as painless as possible for you.

I look at it this way. How many limited edition MM basses are there? Very few, even considering the Envy Green and Radiance Red and current black with gold hardware.

This is going to be WAY more limited than those. And of course it's a total forum deal, which puts it over the edge for me.

I'm just saying....plan accordingly.

Good luck!

Hehe the simple fact is a player never needs a limited edition from EB. Everything that comes out of SLO is as good as it gets.

Now it becomes a matter of what you think you want and you can afford.

If you miss out on anything special from EB. You are just missing a dream because payabilty wise an SUB will kick any other bass's ass in the world.

We seem to fool ourselves a lot. We are a spoiled bunch.

Still I want a green bongo.

And I want Heinz should he ever need a good home.

Well said, TK. The SUB basses are friggin awesome. If it weren't for the double-Ds coming out, I'd be saving and scoping out eBay for a nice used SUB. :D
